plotmaker distorts eliptical curves

This is the second time that I have run across this bug. It appears that plotmaker is distorting elliptical curves, and not just a little bit. My solution has been to magic wand it to a series of circles. Have others seen this? Is this a confirmed bug?

Yes, I am sad to confirm this bug. It happens to ellyptic segments (not full ellypses) if their axis is rotated (not parallel to x or y axis).
