plotmaker layouts to 18

I am moving an old project made in ArchiCAD 7.0 and Plotmaker 2.2. I moved the project thru the ArchiCAD 10 converter and on to Archicad 18. All is good with that. My problem is my Plotmaker layouts are on individual sheets and not bundled into a layout book. 18 only imports layout Books or drawings....not layouts. I can't figure out how to take the layouts I have and bundle into a Layout book which I can then bring into 18. or simply get my layouts with their mounted drawings into 18.....Any ideas?
