I use to be able to do this now I can't. Am I missing something?

Cary:

One possibility: you need to have a Layout (rather than a plan, section , etc) window in the foreground.

Sometimes this doesn't work if you have organizer open.

bingo....

shut off organizer and made sure one of the the layouts I wanted to print was in the foreground.
