printing map scans with model overlaid

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem trying to reproduce the image of an ordnance survey map which has been merged with an ArchiCAD model. The map image has been merged into the model and rotated to the appropriate north orientation. I can see the map image in my Layout but everything prints except for this. I have checked Layer Settings and the layer is on. Any ideas why this would be? I attach an image for clarity.

I have just altered the orientation of the map scan orthogonally to the model and it prints as part ofthe Layout. The problem appears to be to do with rotating the image by any amount.
