problems with PDF`s from ArchiCAD 13

Hey guys, I have a problem with some of the PDF`s I made to a project. The actual problem is not when I make `em, but when I want to introduce `em in Photoshop CS5 for further modifications. The curious thing is that`s not about the resolution, or the bigger the PDF are. Some of the PDF have 900 kB and open to CS5, but some which have 450 kB don`t open.

Can you give me some ideas?! i`m kinda in a hurry with this problem!

I found what`s the source of the problem, but I still don`t know why.
The plan/ section/ facade of the project, saved from ArchiCAD to pdf doesn`t open in CS5, or any other CS, because of some fill - in my case, with gravel.
I don`t know the explanation, but I know other types of fill have no problem.
