Sorry for my stupid question from non english user. What does it means the text CD, PP, DD near triangle symbol for issue in the Master Layout ARCH D+NCS grid ? thanks

Not sure about PP but in US practice we typically use:

PD = Preliminary Design
SD = Schematic Design
DD = Design Development
CD = Construction (or Contract) Documents
CCD = Coordinated Construction Documents

I assume that's where the DD and CD come from.

As I recall in NL it's...

VO = voorlopig ontwerp
DO = definitief ontwerp
