Doors and Windows Disappear in 2D layout

It's so strange that the doors and windows suddenly disappear in 2D layout, however the doors exist in perspective view. Could anyone explain and solve this problem?

Check your Floor Plan Cut Plane (FPCP) and Model View Options

Yeah, it's done. My setting for my cut plane height was too large. Thank you !
