I had this issue way back with the stair tool where i had set my preferences for dimensions to ⅛" but the stairs were in 1/32" and was told to go into the setting and description dialogue to change it, but that option is gone in AC24. my windows are now dimensioned in 1/32" while my prefs are still set to ⅛" where do i go to change this?

Which marker are you using? I don't see a way to turn off the feet (') and inch (") indicators as shown in your screen shot with either the Basic Window-Door_Skylight Marker or the W Marker USA 23.

Builder dimension 22. I started this job in ac 22 but it’s been migrated to ac24.

Why not change the window's width to 4'- 8 5/8"?

EDIT: I hope that didn't come across as snarky. Wasn't meant to be.

That's Random.
Is there anything in the "Marker Custom Settings"?
Does the "Scale Sensitive Texts" do anything?
Does toggling between Inch/mm correct it?

I'm at a loss on remembering how to "Load Other Window Marker...."
between versions.

After looking at Builder Dimension 22, i don't think it uses the Dimensioning preferences for rounding. There are 4 Styles in the marker, but these are just for appearance.

For the dimension discrepancies in your last screen shot, try changing your Working Units to 1/64" (or better yet, decimal inches to 3 decimals) to see if the window width is actually 4' - 8 5/8".

Marc:

To look at Builder Dimension 22, just load the AC22 Library (or maybe the AC22 Migration Library in AC24).
