anyone who knows how to create zone tool that can put room names with sizes on plan for ex. bedroom 14'-0" x 8'-6 I have zone tool but dont have that function. and i had to do the hard way by measuring and put text under room names.

There isn't an way to do so automatically. There are few zone stamps (i.e. Super Zone) that have hotspots that you can move to set the overall room dimensions that you wish to see displayed, but the process remains manual. The only advantage is that the room dimensions are part of the stamp rather than separate text.
