Is it possible to define these parameters in a GDL part in the same you are able define a,b and z setting

No because that is not a parameter of the object.
It is the 'Z' position that you need to specify when placing an object - the same as you specify the 'X' & 'Y' position.

But you can negate this by using ... ADDz -GLOB_ELEVATION
