Archicad 27 Perpetual license - empty log for sale

Hi All,

I am looking to sell my Australian version of Archicad as I no longer practice architecture. It is brand new as the log is empty never used. I bought it as ArchiCAD 27. It’s a perpetual license with a software key.

Central Innovation is the Australian seller that I purchased it from back in 2024. I will bear the transfer fee . As we can’t buy perpetual licenses anymore this could be a great deal.

My name is Quinton James Dewar from Cape Town, South Africa and I am working on ArchiCad SE21, (Special Edition), but now I am having problem with my iOS that need to update but I cannot bec my ArchiCad only work on Ventura which is very old version and I cannot update the newer version bec of my SE21 licence.
