Archicad 30 - when can we expect a list of the upcoming changes?

When doe Graphisoft typically announce the upcoming changes for latest version?

Been advised that my renewal is due at the end of the month and I am weighing up whether or not I pay for another year just to get AC30, or if I just cancel is and stick with the perpetual license with 29 instead.

I don't think an official list has been made public yet.

It shouldn't be too far away.

But you can cheat a bit and look at what is 'coming soon' on the roadmap.

No guarantee, but 'coming soon' usually means the next release.

Isn't v. 30 the last perpetual version as things currently stand? Of course many of us hope that there'll be a change on that score because, as you get closer to retirement age, these things start to matter much more.

If only you could keep the subscription going and then, when you think you're done with working, you stop. At this point, all your files can be opened with whichever version you last had. You lose access to new features, online features (BIMcloud, AI, etc) but your created data remains intact and accessible without losses from backward saving.

I'll just be honest, but that Roadmap makes for super-depressing reading.

A good chunk of the 'Coming soon' features (presumably for the upcoming v30) are features and tools we literally never asked for,.... (**cough**MoreAIToolsAndAIStuffs**cough**), ....and I mean "literally" and "never asked for",...as in, they don't show up anywhere in the Wishlist section (....where we, ostensibly are supposed to 'ask' for, or request stuff. The less said about the stuff we actually asked for, and which got popularly voted for,.....and the current status of the majority of them....the better for everyone's sanity), .....(even after the introduction of the AI Assistant and AI Visualizer)),.......with another  good portion of them being tool improvements that seem like they should have been done like 10 years ago (again,....I'm not just being figurative here nor just exaggerating for effect. Of the Stair tool improvements for example, a question is begged why those were never done in the literal TEN years it's been since the Stair Tool was introduced almost 10 versions ago in Archicad v.21, to replaced the defunct Stairmaker Tool from the older versions. TEN years!),....but .....okay,...whatever. At least they're somewhat (...finally) getting to them so I shouldn't really complain about those, I suppose.

And then of course you have the corporate buzz-word-ey improvements and new features, by which I mean, tool or feature improvements that seem to make absolutely no sense if you just read them as they're written (hence,...the corporate and marketing buzzword salad they use to describe it/them), and which on the surface you can't really make heads or tails as to how they're supposed to improve our workflow or make our working with Archicad easier. We're just supposed to trust that these little detours they love to take will somehow or some day hit pay dirt and actually turn out to be the great tool we all desperately needed, but never knew it, nor why.

Maybe Beta-testers are having a different experience of it. 

Too bad we'll never know until the Technology Preview versio......er..... I mean........until the full version is fully released.

But just going by that Roadmap....
