I have been an Archicad user for now for almost 10 years and despite generally liking the software, I am growing fed up with the way that the software is developed. Every year, a new version is issued, but every year, errors and problems with the previous software are carried forward - why doesn't Graphisoft prioritise correction of errors/problems over issuing new version of software with the same errors/problems? How can it be that some bugs reported years ago still remain while new features that aren't as good as the previous are added?

Keep an eye out for an invitation to join the Insiders Group.
Applications aren't open just yet but I have heard that Graphisoft will be looking for a few more members soon.
But be aware - what is discussed in the insiders group, stays in the insiders group.

When we started as Insiders Panelists, the decisions concerning the 28 release have already been taken. You can see when the first announcement was made to realize that development of 28 was already initiated. There wasn't time for the developers to make any changes so our role had a minimum affect. Also the fact that the licensing policy was about to change, for which we had no idea about it, obviously had a certain role in the background processes. The mentality of Insiders had to be formed so we could understand our role and realize how far it can go.
Insiders and Insider Panelists are also common users like everybody else here in the community who share the same problems and dreams concerning Archicad. I don't know whether we are more dedicated, at least sentimentaly to Archicad, but to the extend of our rights and freedom given by Graphisoft we try to do our best.
It's not like we give commands or directions and Graphisoft instanly obeys!!!!
