We are offering three of our Archicad perpetual licences for sale as our studio transitions to a new operating model.

As part of a shift to an offshoring model for our design team, we will be retaining one licence and upgrading that licence to Archicad 30 (released October), and selling our remaining three licences.

Available licences:
• 2 × Archicad 26 – Perpetual
• 1 × Archicad 23 – Perpetual
• USB CodeMeter dongles included

These licences are currently owned and used by our studio and will be officially transferred via Graphisoft / Central Innovation.

Why this is a great opportunity:
• Perpetual licences (not subscription)
• USB dongle licences – easy transfer
• Requires upgrade by the buyer

Graphisoft currently has a 50% upgrade promotion running until the end of March, making this a very cost-effective way to step into a current Archicad licence.

Licence transfer will be processed through Central Innovation (Graphisoft Australia). The buyer typically covers the transfer fee, and the USB dongles will be shipped once the licence transfer is approved. An upgrade is mandatory as part of the license transfer process. However, under the current promotion, the license transfer fee will be waived.

We are in Australia. They are available now yes.   Archicad 26 licences – AUD $2,100 each Archicad 23 licence – AUD $500 I just signed a quote to upgrade the remaining licence I will keep operating, so that is all I need. These licences will no longer be used by myself, so if you can use them...

Thank you for getting back to me – great to hear both Archicad 26 licences are still available.

I'm interested in purchasing one Archicad 26 perpetual licence. Before proceeding, I have a few questions:

I'm based in Europe (Romania), so I'd like to understand how the licence transfer works internationally through Graphisoft / Central Innovation. Are there any regional restrictions for transferring to a European buyer?

Regarding the USB dongle – shipping to Europe involves time, cost and risk of damage. Is there any possibility to convert the licence to a software key (e-licence) rather than a physical dongle?

Could you also clarify your asking price for the licence and the transfer fee?

Please note that I am not interested in upgrading – I would like to use the licence as Archicad 26.
