For the event organisers, or who ever is involved on that side,

The time stated on the event page for the Perth event is different to the one provided by the email event invite. 4pm vs 2pm.  Given the first event in Sydney is today, in just a couple of hours, you should probably double check and confirm the time set for all of them to ensure it is consistent.
