Archicad 27.2.0 Update release

Dear All,

We are pleased to inform you that the Archicad 27.2.0 Update (5003, 5004) is now available in all languages for both Full and Solo versions. The installers are in the Updates section of our website.

There are minor differences between the Preview and the Final versions of this update, so the build numbers between the two will slightly differ. However, this won’t cause compatibility issues for those who installed the Preview version earlier; simply install the Final version of Archicad 27.2.0 Update (5003), and the transition will be seamless.

We are introducing our latest update packed with important solutions and fixes, and enhancing design workflow. Remember that this is an update; therefore, it affects Teamwork compatibility — this means all users working on the same project must be on the same update number.

What are the greatest benefits of the Archicad 27.2.0 Update?

Here are some of the high-impact new features introduced in the Archicad 27.2.0 Update

  • Improved adjustment of MEP elements with the new Offset Segment command.

  • Associative Dimensioning for MEP element hotspots for the accelerated documentation process.
  • Interactive Element Schedule for MEP elements for improved project management capabilities.
  • Streamlined collaboration between Archicad 27 and Revit 2024.
