We are thrilled to announce the next community challenge, Flex Your BIMx, designed to spotlight your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking using BIMx. This is your chance to showcase innovative uses of BIMx above and beyond classic project presentation. Our jury will select the most captivating entries — and the winning entries aren’t without prizes. The most original creators will win:
You’re invited to share the exceptional experiences and projects demonstrating your inventive use of BIMx. We're seeking entries highlighting collaborative innovation, beyond project presentation use and Archicad/DDScad synergy. Visit the challenge homepage for more details.
To participate, simply submit the link to your BIMx hyper-model or YouTube video presenting your work in BIMx. Mobile, web, and desktop versions are all accepted, but please specify if your entry requires a specific platform.

Everyone is welcome to participate in the challenge. You can use Archicad 14 or later versions to create your BIMx file, and DDScad 18.
If you are new to Archicad or do not have an Archicad license, you can get free, 30-day access to Archicad by visiting this page: Try Archicad – Graphisoft. And if you’re a student, you can register for a free student license.
Yes, you need a Graphisoft ID to enter the Community portal and submit your BIMx Model Transfer or YouTube link. Join us by clicking on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner. You’ll find detailed instructions on how to register here.
We are open to submissions until August 20, 2023, 12:00 PM CEST.
To enter the challenge, you just need to submit a link to your BIMx hyper-model or YouTube video presentation. If you choose the first alternative (BIMx Model Transfer site), follow these steps:
Option A: In Archicad, publish your BIMx hyper-models directly to the the Model Transfer site - note that this option may not be available due to our recent changes in licensing technology. We kindly ask you to go with option B if you are affected by this. Our development team is working to fix the issue as soon as possible.
Option B: Publish your BIMx hyper-models locally and upload it to the Model Transfer site manually.

If you have issues with login, we recommend cleaning your browser's cache and restarting it.
Once you are done publishing your BIMx hyper model, simply copy the URL and send it to us:
Absolutely. You are welcome to enter the challenge with old or new BIMx projects.
Nonetheless, make sure you have ownership of the material and that it does not infringe any third party Intellectual Property. If the BIMx/Archicad/DDScad projects are inspired by a product or another idea, make sure to specify in the entry description and give the necessary credits. For example, if you created a BIMx presentation based on a movie scene, or on a building that was not designed by you.
Yes, you are welcome to submit as many entries as you feel inspired to!
We gathered a jury to select the most creative entries. Authors of the selected works will receive special Community Badges and Prizes:
