Refinements to subscription offers based on user insights

Dear Graphisoft Community members,

As we approach 2025, we have adjusted our conversion offer for Phase 2 next year, based on feedback from the Graphisoft user community, the Graphisoft Insider panel, and local markets. These adjustments aim to better meet the needs and expectations of our users.

Key updates:

  • Enhanced licensing options: Archicad Studio will now include the same floating licenses as Archicad Collaborate, providing more flexibility for teams.
  • Perpetual fallback: Customers opting out of the subscription program will revert to the latest available perpetual version at the end of their conversion term, rather than their original version.
  • Timeline: Archicad Studio will be available starting January 15, 2025, in select markets and will complete its global rollout by the end of Q1 2025.
  • Conversion options: We will maintain the 3-year annually paid subscription option for conversions, offering a stable and predictable cost structure.
  • Price increase: To provide price predictability, we will limit an annual price increase of 8% until December 31, 2028.
  • Archicad Collaborate conversion price: The conversion price for Archicad Collaborate in the first year is set at €300 on top of the Archicad Studio conversion price. An 8% yearly increase also applies to Archicad Collaborate.
