AC28 TP - Bug - "Edit Story Levels" in section views

When I press right mouse button in any section view on any element "Edit Story Levels" button appears. It should be "Select and Activate tool" button in that place.

This is happening because you have the dimension text selected. If you select the dimension string itself you will find the context menu appears as you expect.

Hi all,

@Algimantas Kuprenas, you chose to right click on the dimension text exactly, so you got that result, sorry it's not a bug.

Yes noticed that. You are correct behaving same as in AC27.

But what is the point to have this rarely used button to be there for all objects in section views ? This function is general and not about editing object You selected but changing storey heights in general. Just takes too much space in.

Very strange that this button not apprears when you press Right Mouse button without any object selected in section view, I think that button suppose to be there only in section/facade views.

You are correct. The current arrangement does not make sense. The Edit Story Levels context command should behave just like the Section/Elevation Setting and Section/Elevation Range commands and only appear when no elements are selected. Instead it's backwards. This is a bug.

You can activate the (Edit Story Levels) function without selecting any element.

Only by hovering the mouse over any story level line (as indicated below by the arrows) until the Mercedes shape appears then press the right click mouse button, that's all.

Yes, that does make sense. But the other behavior noted here does not.
