Call GDL object from Global Library

The objects have now standardised international file names. But sometimes objects are made referring (call) those localised objects. For instance "Kubus 27.gsm" (Dutch name of object) now has the name "Cube.gsm".   

Can I still use the CALL command and call the Dutch name?

CALL "Kubus" PARAMETERS ALL 
And does REQUEST ("Name_of_macro", "", main_name) refer the Dutch or the International file name?
