How do I find and select the labels that contain the elements of a particular keynote?

A keynote can appear more than once on a large drawing, even if it is incorrectly placed.
Notes that are later deleted result in missing label content. How are they searchable?
Some labels may refer to multiple keynotes, these should also be found.
