It seems to me that Keynotes has a good intent but represents a step backwards in automated documentation control, taking us back to CAD composition and communication, making errors easier. In my opinion, the tool should be strengthened by giving the opportunity to also insert auto-texts linked to the Archicad elements properties or, in general, IFC properties into the palette fields: to be evaluated with the associativity of the keynote-label and with multiple selection.
This bring also the opportunity to use a Legend with ID element and properties (for example) limited to the layout content.

I agree. Also, it might be cool to be able to export these keynotes within a project. For example, make a table of all used Keynotes, with the elements to which the Keynote refers. In general it would be great to have design elements and Keynote linked, because then we could transfer notes from Keynote within BIM.
