Create better documents through improved drawing clarity, readability, and consistency thanks to the new Keynotes feature.

Keynotes are a documentation and noting system, based on a database of identification keys and their data (title, description, reference). Enjoy the benefits:

• Meet building authority regulations

• Better coordination among drawings, specifications, and other documents

• Improved communication among design disciplines, thanks to consistent note format and content

 

• Organize Keynotes in the new Keynotes palette, in a hierarchical folder structure

• Place Keynotes directly from the palette, using favorites

• Place labels, with Keynote autotext, on multiple selected elements

• Access Keynote data in label and text elements, via smart and customizable autotext context

• New Label frames for more visual flexibility (see Improved Text Label options )

• Customizable Keynote legend, placed on a Layout, lists all visible Keynotes in drawings or all project Keynotes. Or filter displayed Keynotes by folder.

• Import/export keynote database to xml and Excel. Add and edit content, and easily import back into Archicad
