Your favorite parametric design connection now has expanded modeling features such as:

Improved Design with Columns and Beams

By using the Beam/Column Sorter located in the Archicad Utility Components, you can sort curves into suitable inputs for either Beams or Columns based on a degree rule.

This enables you to model unique shapes, thanks to expanded Beam and Column options such as:

    • End cuts
    • Vertical curves
    • Circular beams
    • Reference axis setting in both Beams and Columns
    • Axis rotation setting in both Beams and Columns

Save time on Beam/Column input since Grasshopper sorts your elements into either Columns or Beams based on element slant.

Built-in support for Hotlink Modules

You can now place hotlink modules from Grasshopper to support ideation on any scale.

This enables you to:

  • Place, move, and distribute hotlinks
  • Update hotlinks and modify hotlink settings

Hotlink Component

By using a Hotlink Component, you can generate a hotlink instance of a selected Hotlink Module.

Note: You can select .mod and .pln files from your computer.

After selecting a Hotlink source file, you can select which Story of the Source Project should be placed as a Hotlink. You can then match these selected stories to the ones in the Host Project.
