3D geometry visible in 2D window?

Hello:
I have a file where a previously saved 3D document is suddenly showing up in the 2D plan window. This 3D geometry is fully editable while in the 2D window. Attached is a screen capture. Any ideas?

Graphics card driver problem?
Try updating to the latest driver version.
