AC21 Search and Replace Text Bug/Crash

I'm using ArchiCAD 21 USA Full Version, latest update. I go to edit; search and replace text; enter my text parameters, and hit start search. The wheel spins and then the program crashes.

Anyone else's program doing this? Maybe Graphisoft Tech Support should be informed with Bug ID's?

This is a known issue with Search & Replace at the moment in ARCHICAD 21. Unfortunately there's no workaround, but we plan to release the fix for it in an upcoming update!

Can you please also fix the killer bug that any search fails when either the search string, or even any of the elements to be searched, contain any alphanumeric symbol character such as 'ø'

I would defy you to find any competent set of working drawings that does not use that character in describing the diameter of any round element.

The dialog does not even report that there are characters that cannot be parsed in search or target text - it falsely reports instead that there is no matching text found.

This could well trigger serious legal or contractual consequences for a user where the resulting construction documentation contains systematic errors as a result.

Still seems to be an issue with fully patched version of Archicad 23, 4 years later.  Not a great look GS!
