ArchiCAD 13 installation problem

Hi!
I want to ArchiCAD 13 in my computer. I am using Windows 7 operating system but I am facing a problem in installation of ArchiCAD 13. My computer say that please insert disk for installation even though I have inserted disk. What problem is this? Help me please! Thanks in advance.

This may sound dumb but...
The AC install is a DVD. Can your disk drive read a DVD?

How are you running the installer if the disc isn't recognized?

yeah, sounds like your drive is CD only, not DVD.
use a computer with a DVD drive to copy the installer onto a USB Thumbdrive or over the network.
