ArchiCAD 20 Guide & MP4 Codec

I downloaded an MP4 codec for Medial Player 10 and it only works on the first video (Chapter 01-01), on all the rest it gives me an error, then only plays the audio. I tried using QuickTime, but I got the same result exepct that QT won't even play the audio. Any ideas? I need to figure this out so I can get the rest of our people to start going through the guide.

The movies are rendered using H264 codec which is available in Apple QuickTime 7 player. Please make sure that you are using this version (or later) of the QT player.

You would think so, but no! Although the wireless cranial implant works great as long as you don't sneeze.
