Archicad 20 constantly crashing

Hi

I trying AC20 in Demo mode.
I can without any problem starting and work with a new project, but if I try to open any older project of previous AC versions the application crashes instantly.

I have tried with .pln and .pla archives of different AC versions. Same problem always.
I'm having the same problem in two different Mac machines with El Capitan.

Any advice?

Well, I don't know what was the problem, but new version 3016 can open the files.
