Archicad 22 and 23 keeps crashing in my laptop

Hi all, I have a problem with my laptop. I am trying to install Archicad 22 to my laptop (DELL Inspiron 15, 5000 series) and although the program is downloaded and installed correctly it never opened, it crashes all the time and I get the archicad bug message.

I contacted helpdesk in my country and they couldn't help me. I do not have a problem with the license key.

We tried also installing Archicad 23 but the problem is the same.

I really need the program but I really cannot find the solution. I read some info that may this have to do with laptop's graphic card? Is this something that can be fixed?

Any suggestions in case someone has encountered the same problem is really welcomed!

Check your graphics drivers. Windows updates in the past have occasionally created conflicts with existing graphic drivers which I think could be resolved by updating them.

Thank you for the report and I am sorry about the issue!

Just this morning, we received some reports regarding the update KB4560960. Seems like this will prevent ARCHICAD from running properly. Although I don't have such issues on my machine, if you think that a Windows update is the culprit, please look for this one and uninstall it to see if this helps with the issue!

Latest windows update (KB4560960) is causing a lot of troubles. Two of our users reported that Archicad 23 crashes every time on startup. Uninstalling this update returns things to normal.
