Archicad 26 SPA 4019 doesn't link parameters with grasshopper (Rhino 7)

Hello, I have Archicad 16 SPA FULL version 4019 and Rino 7 with Grasshopper, even though the connection is generated and it says that it is connected when I click on the right button of a parameter to link it with Archicad it does not work, the Archicad window does not open and it cannot be linked. Can you help me?
