Bug reporter&error every time placing external drawing!?

Hi! help please! every time when i when Im trying to place external drawing or put an own material the whole program crashes down, says something about graphisofts Bug reporter and tells to send an error report. I just installed Student version of archicad12. Computer is quite good. It shouldnt be behind this broblem.
