Cadimage 14 Customs Settings are not available

Hi all

Can anyone tell me why this happens and/or how I can bring back the options to modify/edit a placed cadimage window? Windows on other stories all seems to be fine and still editable but my ground floor windows have all been made uneditable.

This is on Cadimage 14/ Archicad 14
