Cannot copy shadows from 3D view

In V19 when I try to copy the shadows from a 3D window (vectorial engine) using the marquee tool, I get the following message: "Warning Not Enough Scrap-Memory for Copy!"

V19 is otherwise running well, so I don't think it is a RAM issue. And I get the message if I only select a small area of shadows or large.

I have also tried turning on and off background processing, and restarting both the computer and archicad, none of which have helped.

I have used this feature quite a lot in previous versions and it has never been a problem.

Hi Marcus,
This was an ARCHICAD 17 issue (#166990) which has already been fixed and we can’t reproduce it anymore. There is a workaround applicable:
- create a 3D document from the perspective or axonometry, and edit the transparency and shadow there
- copy the vectorial image as polygons
