Cannot find "Upgrade to BIMcloud" button

Hello,

 

I would like to update BIMcloud basic to BIMcloud, but I cannot find "Upgrade to BIMcloud" button in SERVERS > BIMcloud Basic Manager > Licenses section. It's just not there

 

I was following this help file.
