Will Archicad work with a 49” 5120x`440 Gaming Monitor
Wanting to replicate a dual monitor setup with a single screen
And Do we have dual monitor capability yet? For a PC

I don't have one so can't say for sure, but I would assume you just stretch Archicad across the width of your screen.

Depends on what you mean by dual monitor capability.
We have always had the ability to use multiple monitors.
Many dialogue boxes can be dragged outside the main Archicad window onto a second, third or fourth monitor.
However the modelling windows (plan, elevation, section, etc.), can not be dragged outside of the Archicad program.
But you can stretch Archicad across 2 monitors and then you can spread out your modelling windows (i.e. don't run the modelling windows as maximised size).

I run a 49in widescreen monitor and have to admit it is the best visual work environment I have worked on. I used to work on dual screen setup but the problem being that you end up with either one centre primary monitor with a side monitor that is too far from centre to look at it or you end up with a break in the screens right at the best real estate area of your view. I had initial concerns about straight lines not looking straight on a curved screen but they haven't been an issue really.
Here are the specs of my Monitor. https://au.aoc.com/product/AG493UCX
