ERROR in Plotmaker 9! Dont use polygon shaped viewsets!

Problems with printing drawings in which U have used polygon shaped viewsets. The worst scenario is that U cant print at all! This worked perfectly in 8.1. I have tried it out on three computers and the swedish support has recognized the problem too. Graphisoft says that they wont make this a priority 1 case, they´ll solve it in version 10!!!!!!!!
Now we sit here with lots of drawing in which we have used rotated polygon shaped viewset, and we must edit them all!! We´ll have to make them rectangular instead. This costs lots of monetas!!
And.....theres more....... you cant just save the file back into the old version. That option doesn't exist in the program. So if you´re gonna try this your self, make sure u do it on a COPY of your file!!
Or .....as we have to do.......start changing your files....or start digging in the backup!!
Does someone have a solution? Please then tell me???

We use polygon shaped drawing frames in plotmaker all the time without issue.

It would not hurt if everybody put the ArchiCAD version AND build (obtainable by clicking on Help, then About ArchiCAD) in the signature; Int version is build 1812, US is 1920 (? correct me if wrong), therefore - it MIGHT be, judging by your messages that polygon shaped frames printing works in US and does not work in Int version.

Much easier to persuade the developers to do it then, right?

I have now added information about my hardware in my signature. as you can see I use the Swedish version. Is that the same as the INT?
Is it the SWE and, perhaps, the INT version that experiences this problem?

We have found that the problem relates to texts in the drawing. The more text you have outside the drawing boundary, the larger the resulting file grows. That's why not everyone experiences the problem. It seems to be a bug in a system function that surfaced in ArchiCAD 9 with the introduction of RichText. We are looking into ways to fix this, and we are keeping it a priority.
