Eps problem with photoshop and AC8...

Let me first say how i create the .eps file. (in case I am doing something wrong)

AC8: save as .pmk
Plot Maker 3: Open that .pmk file and save as .eps


Hi, sometimes when i try to open a .eps file (i am using photoshop) I receive this message:

Sometimes you need to use Illustrator because it can accept more vector commands than Photoshop can.

so am I doing anything wrong ? It is just a bug of AC8 plotmaker - Photoshop .eps export?

the Illustrator will fix that ?
