Error Message after Install-Help?

I keep getting the following message whenever I go to the 'Help' menu to access anything.

Cannot find HTML file or viewer

Can anybody help me out on this?

Also..I was trying to download EcoDesigner here. That's how I found the message. Is this the correct location to get it?
