Error in "Cadimage Accessory tools "

Hello all,

A message came up every time when ever I start on Archicad 11 program:

“Cadimage Accessory tools (come up when ever I start up the program)
An error occurred while writing configuration settings to ‘C:/program files/Graphisoft/archicad 11/add-ons/cadimage tools/CST tools.xml’. please check that the file is not marked as read-only.
Configuration/registration settings could not be saved.”

Any one know how to solve it even though I’ve checked CSL tools.xml file is not marked as read-only??

This happened also to one of our colleagues on a hired computer. Logging in as administrator solved the problem.
