Glitch or new function I dislike?

Has anyone else noticed this in v14?

When I click on the layers in the info box, the first time I look I don't see the intersection groups. The second and subsequent times I do. I'm hoping this is some weird 'convenience' that I can override. Has anyone else seen or noticed this?

yes from the info box I have the same issue.

I find this is a mac only bug, not pc.
