Graphic Card for Archicad 17 and 18

Hi , I have the archicad ver. 17 and maybe I need to upgrade to ver. 18, in windows 7 PRO X64, but i will be upgrade to windows 8.1, but i want to know if one of this two videocards can i use to 3d, render and view nad create..

* ASUS AMD RADEON R7 240 2 GB PCI EXPRESS

* ASUS NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 750, 2 GB DDR5

Can you help me please to decide of this two graphic cards can I use or another graphic card can I use???

An another question... can I install archicad 17 or archicad 18 in a laptop or you suggest me to use a desktop pc???
