New (two week old) Hp 27" monitor started arcing out on the back left side.
Screen would flash off then back on with flashes lighting up my office.
Wow, what a trip. In over 20yrs of pc use, never seen anything like that!
Plugged just old faithful HP24" in and all is good for now, so must be monitor.
Back to Fry's electronics this weekend.
Love the monitor but think I'll get the extended warranty this time!
