After talking to GS i don't believe they will add this option into the next update for AC21. There is actually one Preview Update for AC21 running now, and there is no mention about this problem.
But all hopes are in AC22
Anyway it is not just a problem of Archicad, but in general Windows is not very adaptive to these big screen resolutions...
