Hotfix 3600 Is a Failure

Just spent a day trying to fix the mess that Hotfix 3600 caused.

Causes BIM Server to become redundant, and after reinstalling it does not automatically find your projects and users as stated by some Graphisoft staff on this site.

Apparently Graphisoft is now aware of the issue and is working on it.

It may just be a problem for Mac Minis, or macs in general.

I'm not Mac computers, but am having problems after the hotfix was downloaded to all computers as well.

The server library cannot be found; won't allow for the .LCF file to be an option to 'open' and is looking for gdl's and image files. Tried BIM manager and library manager to find, now having problems with BIM server being found. Cannot connect to my server.

Anyone else on pc's having problems after the current hotfix was installed?

Karmstrong, do not waste your time trying to figure out the issue, go straight to Graphisoft.

Once you get them involved they are helpful.

Agreed Fuzzymike - lets make our subscriptions do something! 😉

We are having issues with TW2 since applying hotfix 3600 - and we are an office of Win7 64bit...so there goes the mac theory...

Any tips on the resolution?
Anyone know how to uninstall a hotfix?
