I had a long break from ArchiCad and now can't sign into my ArchiCad 24. I am being sent in loops asking for my license even though my name appears in the top right hand corner and it looks like I have logged on OK. When I try to open my files I can't. Any help will be welcomed, very frustrating.

Signing in with your Graphisoft ID is different to having a license to run Archicad.
If you name appears at the top right of the startup dialogue, then you are signed in.
Check the License Manager program to see if you have a valid license to use.
If you have a physical hardware USB key, make sure it is plugged in.
If you have a software license, you can down load that through the License Manager.

I keep clicking on the License Manager tool, then it grays out and asks me to restart ArchiCad. which I do then I try to open a file and it won't let me.

I have never seen the License Manger ask me to restart Archicad.
It just manages your licenses.
This is what I see when I start it.
Then 'Continue' and it shows my hardware key or I can sign in to manage software keys.
Maybe you should contact your local Archicad support.
