We're going to need a little more info to solve your problem. I've been using Roxio 5 since it came out, and I've never had a problem. With that being said, it can be very reliable. We just need to figure out what is causing your problem.
- What version of Roxio 5.?.?.?
- What CD-Burner do you have
- What brand of CD-R(/W) media are you using
- What method are you using to burn the cd?
- Creating a Data CD in CD-Creator or drag & drop with Direct CD?
- Disk at once, track at once?
- other info, etc.
- Have you tried burning with the built in burning capabilities of WinXP? (I know it's garbage, I turned mine off, but this can help isolate if it's the burner or not)
- Is the disc readable after burning on your computer and not others, or it's not readable at all?
