Inserting an image problem

Anonymous
Not applicable
Have you noticed the following problem when inserting an image in ArchiCAD: the inserted image in .png (without a background) ) or in .jpg format gets a white outlining when inserted. Transparency is ticked but still it seems that AC adds a white outlining to the image and thus makes it impossible to add a top view image of a furniture with a shadow added in Photoshop because the shadow is outlined.

Hi,

Yeah, this is a limitation of pictures in ARCHICAD. Transparency actually works, but semi-transparent colors will be solid, because ARCHICAD can't handle them.
