I have used archicad 13 and previous versions on my pc with no problem, Then I upgraded to win 7 32 bit. Archicad would not install, The installer extracts file and then put only a log and a lic file in the graphisoft directory. The log reads
"err, productexception ( error code = 601: message = JVM not found.
Win 7 could not be taken off and neither could I re format my drives. Thus I bought a new drive and reinstalled my previous Win XP where all worked fine.
Now on installing archicad I get the same error log
Do someone know how I can solve this error?
Thank you all

Did you download the correct version for XP?

Thank you Mrs Erika. After 2 days I found that the brand new win XP Prof disk was corrupted. Only after I installed a new XP with a new disk everything installed ok.
Thus the problem has been solved, Whow this microsoft disk manufactures costed me hours of unneccessary work and the cost of a new drive as well. Shame on them!, but thank you for your response.
