I cannot upload my license anymore. While loging in my account the license manager asks me my authentication key, after I enter my e-mail and password. I don´t have any idea what it is about, and I don´t know If I have one, after that I just cannot do it. It had to be simpler. I am an autodesk constumer, a Rhino 7 constumer, all other softwares don´t have this kind of issues. This is not the first time that I am having issues with account log in, uploading, downloading software. But for the local assistence is always "the first" time they heard it, or I´ve never seen this, should be your computer etc... etc... My license is stuck on a single computer. Anyone knows how to deal with it?

At first, could you please let me know the email used for signing in via LMT, as well as the license number (SW00000...) that should be visible in LMT in a Private Message?
